Accounts registered or operated by third parties, agents, or automated systems are prohibited and will be closed without notice.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ra99. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. ra99 may close duplicate accounts without notice and any winnings accrued through a duplicate account may be voided.
Account Registration and Security
All information provided during account registration on ra99 must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other information requested during registration. ra99 may require identity verification documents at any point. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ra99 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ra99 support immediately.
Each player is permitted one active account only. Any player found to have registered more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, will have all duplicate accounts closed. ra99 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings associated with duplicate accounts and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
ra99 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladeshi mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected bank transfer methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200. ra99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's standard fees may apply.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ra99 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits made via a payment method that does not belong to the account holder may be refused and returned, and the account may be subject to additional verification or suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where possible. ra99 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and are outside ra99's direct control once funds have been released from the ra99 system. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks prior to processing.
ra99 reserves the right to require identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting a copy of a national identity document, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being suspended.
Bonuses and Promotions
ra99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the point the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, standard wagering requirements of 30x the combined bonus and qualifying deposit amount must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
ra99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash outside of the specified withdrawal conditions. Any attempt to abuse bonus conditions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing bets that exploit bonus terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ra99 platform. ra99 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds, without prior notice.
Any attempt to use the ra99 platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal purpose is strictly prohibited. ra99 is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws. Accounts involved in such activity will be immediately closed and all funds will be frozen pending investigation.
The use of bots, scripts, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the ra99 platform is strictly forbidden. Players must interact with the platform manually and in good faith. Any account found to be using automated tools will be immediately suspended.
Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players to exploit bonus offers, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other strategy intended to extract value from promotions without genuine play — is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
Account Suspension and Termination
ra99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or use of the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. In the event of account closure due to a breach, ra99 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their ra99 account may do so by contacting ra99 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification being completed. Accounts closed due to self-exclusion requests will not be re-opened.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ra99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from your use of or inability to use the ra99 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, interruption of service, technical failures, or errors in game outcomes. ra99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

Game results are determined by certified random number generation systems operated by licensed third-party software providers. ra99 is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any network, computer hardware, software, or server that may result in the loss or delay of a transaction.
