About ra99 — Bangladesh's Online Casino and Sports Betting Home
Built for Bangladeshi players, powered by the best in live casino and cricket betting technology.
Our Story
How ra99 became Bangladesh's most trusted online gaming platform.
ra99 was built with one purpose in mind: to give Bangladeshi players a genuinely good online gaming experience. Before ra99, most platforms available to players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across Bangladesh were generic offshore sites built without any understanding of what local players actually need — difficult payment flows, no bKash support, interfaces not suited to low-to-mid range Android phones, and customer support that didn't understand the Bangladeshi market. ra99 set out to fix all of that.
Today, ra99 serves players across all major Bangladesh cities and regions — from players in Dhaka catching a BPL match live on ra99 with a bet already placed, to someone in Khulna enjoying Crazy Time during their lunch break, to a cricket fan in Rajshahi following the Bangladesh Tigers through ra99's live sportsbook. The platform is built to work on the phones that Bangladeshis actually use, with deposit methods they already trust, and with content that reflects what this market genuinely loves.
Our Mission and Who We Serve
ra99 is designed specifically for the Bangladesh online gaming community.
ra99's mission is straightforward: deliver the best possible online casino and sports betting experience to adult players in Bangladesh, with zero compromises on payment convenience, mobile performance, or product depth. That means offering bKash and Nagad deposits that process instantly at any hour — not just during business hours — and it means having a sportsbook that covers cricket from the BPL through to every major T20 tournament, not just the markets that happen to be popular in Europe or South Asia generally.
ra99 serves players aged 21 and above. We are committed to responsible gaming and provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to every registered player. Our product catalogue covers cricket and football sports betting, a full live casino section with Evolution Gaming and Ezugi tables, hundreds of slots from Pragmatic Play and other leading studios, crash games including Aviator, and fishing game titles. Everything runs through one unified account and one wallet — no juggling between separate product wallets.

Our Core Values
The principles that guide every decision at ra99.
Every ra99 player can view their full transaction history, active bonus status, and account activity at any time. There are no hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals, and bonus terms are clearly stated before they are claimed.
All casino games on ra99 are supplied by licensed providers whose random number generation systems are independently audited. ra99 does not manipulate game outcomes. Every player has the same odds on every spin, hand, and bet.
ra99 takes player protection seriously. Account data is protected by SSL encryption. Responsible gaming tools are available to all players. The minimum age to play is 21 years, and ra99 enforces this requirement as a non-negotiable standard.
ra99 continuously improves its platform based on how Bangladesh players actually use it. From page load speed on 4G networks to the range of cricket markets available during the BPL, we update and expand the platform regularly to better serve our players.
Bangladesh Payment Methods on ra99
Instant deposits and fast withdrawals via the payment methods Bangladeshis already use every day.
ra99 supports all major Bangladeshi mobile wallets and bank transfer methods. Deposits are processed instantly — the moment you confirm in your bKash or Nagad app, the funds appear in your ra99 balance. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method you deposited from, with no currency conversion fees since ra99 operates natively in Bangladeshi Taka. The minimum deposit on ra99 is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200. There are no charges on transactions from ra99's side.

Players who feel their gambling habits are becoming problematic are encouraged to use these tools proactively or to contact ra99 support for guidance. ra99 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all users — this is a non-negotiable condition for account registration and play on this platform.
The Responsible Gaming section on ra99 contains detailed guidance on recognising problem gambling patterns, information on national and international helplines, and a full description of all self-management tools available to players. ra99 also operates age verification procedures to prevent underage access.
